Zurina Ramli

Independent Pictures co-founder Zurina first stumbled into the world of film

production as an accidental props buyer at a commercial production company in 1990. Intrigued, she decided to stay on board the production train.

After having worked on countless commercials in 2011, produced her first feature film. She went on to produce more local projects which includes Tombiruo Penunggu Rimba.

In 2015, with her passion and years of experience in production management, Zurina decided to try her hand at production servicing. She went on a freelance basis and took on the role as a local production manager on the TV series Marco Polo Season 2 for Netflix.
